Just received this from Amazon. Great looking unit when it works. However, it only powers on when plugged in. Theres a reason why its 150 bucks cheaper than a new model. Never understood why these companies send the units out when they're not really fixed??? Oh well. Live and learn. We'll see if the next refurbished model that Amazon sends me is any better.

It is a versatile GPS with multiple functions (photo, video, MP3 player and FM transmitter). It gives accurate destination directions with very few drop in signal. The only draw back is that it gives a big view of map. One can zoom in to have a closer look at the map. But, the zoom in option disappear after few seconds and goes back to regular mode.

Product may be fine but Amazon is no customer-friendly operation.
I just purchased this online a few hours ago and realized my mistake just now. Tried to cancel my order but Amazon says It's Too Late!
Credit card hasn't been charged
Product hasn't been assigned a Shipping Carrier
Product won't be shipped until Monday or Tuesday anyway (It's Saturday)
But, yet, Amazon says once it's in the system they can't change anything....
1) Product is NEW? (no it's not -- it's refurbished
2) TRAFFIC (it is 39.99) Description made it sound like it came with the phone.
I'm not happy with Amazon -- and therefore, I will never purchased from them again.

Beware when you purchase a Magellan GPS they only support the map updates for about a year and a half.
I purchased a Magellan Roadmate 800 for over $600.00 in late 2006, got one map update in 2007 and that's the end per Magellan. So if you want to buy a new GPS every couple of years then by all means buy a Magellan.
Also customer service is nearly none existant unless you can speak a foreign language

Yes, this gps is just great, I recently bought a garmin 255w, and as soon as i looked at it and felt it, i told myself, this is not what i want, so i looked and looked, and since i had a Magellan Maestro before, i decided to buy the magellan Maestro 4370, as soon as i looked at it, i told myself, this is what i want for my traveling. I highly recomend this gps, and if you get it thru Amazon, you will only pay about 120 dollars, thats 3 YEARS extended warranty, ?What else can you ask for?? Go for it!! And even though its refurbished, it just looks like new and works like new.
I just hope my review helps you decide to get this gps, you wont regret it!!
